In the wake of the recent Gulf oil leak. I hear and see a lot on the oil itself, environmental damage, millions for  for clean and fines.
What I am not hearing or seeing is who is responsible for the eleven person that died. Or how many bodies, if any, were recovered.

Perhaps we may hear of more. But of which?
