General Rules

1.    Only those in a position of authority may be bound by extra restrictions above and beyond the natural general civility principle upon which civilization and lasting peace is founded.

2.    Under no circumstances may any authority figure attempt to impose rules that define, explain, expose, expound upon, comprehend, compress, or approach control of the general civility principle upon which civilization is founded.

3.    Authorities have extra capacities that require them to be held to extra standards of responsibility but are nonetheless human and can be mouthed off to as per the freedom of expression inherent to the civility principle upon which civilization is founded.

4.    Anyone capable of placing a ban cannot be stopped from doing so without a higher authority slapping their hand, but will nonetheless invariably be biased with who they choose to "punish". This does not make it okay.

5.   Under no circumstances may a threat to place a ban take place in any warning, shape, or form. This rule cannot be construed as such a threat, because it defines no consequences.

 6.   Being paranoid is a good way to become
       abusive; trust me on this.
