From the South Bay to City/Normal Heights.
North County I will consider also.
Am on a fixed income. Retired/disabled.
I can afford $450/month with utilities.
What I would like is:
Single story home.
With a room that is 10'x10'.
Not including closet.
Share bathroom with one other person.
Common Area privileges.
And a place with cover to park my motorcycle.
