Remedy (Inaccuracy Ignite)

A path unfolds its winding track,
With promises that quickly crack.
It's perfect cure, a shadowed guise,
And a hidden cost with subtly lies.

Silver linings are veiled with mist,
Give fleeting glimpse or fleeting kiss.
The obtrusion is a silent plea,
For deeper thought and clarity.

Solution's grace is a fragile thing,
Delicate dance, where obscurity clings.
An intricate design within subtle art,
Where obtrusion plays a crucial part.

Within flaws a lesson can be learned,
Many truths are beneath the surface.
Any perfect answer is rare and slight,
Don't reconcile with an obscured night.

Halfway (Are We There Yet)

Obscurity closes in and darkness falls,
A refuge from it all searching for solace.
Dogged and haunted by many a specter,
Bombarded by words from every sector.

When it all overwhelms and gets too much,
It's beginning to stifle every thinking word.
Clocks are hammers, striking an iron nail,
Into the floorboards of the people’s minds.

Stakes are rising, there's a tide of black oil,
Barrels spill from sockets out from the earth.
Storms rage as they speak ambiguous words,
A cacophony of should-haves and must-dos.

Dark thoughts swirl with nowhere to hide,
Dreams were once bright now faded away.
Twisted truth blooms an unquenchable fire,
Lost to the depths of an obscured darkness.

Weight of worry fells like stones on a chest,
Pressing down crushing bone, suffocating.
Every breath feels trapped, a clock is ticking,
Time moves slowly as  the stone gets heavier.

Hope lies bleeding dreams turn to nightmares,
Clocks have melted and they now bare teeth.
Time is vibrating with sounds of a guillotine,
Rise above those lies or be consumed by them.

When days get twisted into the darkest night,
Remember;
Each struggle has seeds within that will ignite.

Conclusion (Shine On)

In every puzzle is every woe,
Answers lie within, you know.

No need in searching or to fret,
Solutions are there, don't forget.

When challenges arise, stand tall,
Embrace strength and have it all.

Within are courage and truth,
Answers are there and the proof.

With wisdom, love, and inner light,
Conquer with all and not with might.

So, trust instinct, believe it's true,
And solutions will shine on through.

Speaking In Tongues (Many Voices)

They spit their words like venom,

A mixture of bile and bitterness.

Each syllable fortified with distain,

Handfuls of cold stained discourse.

Discourse, a clanging of sharp chimes,

Sharp tongues with rhetoric for walls.

Along with a steadying thud of hatred,

Stacking their curses high as mountains.

Ramparts built from poison sound bites,

With every poison word a stone is laid.

Built with their own constructed enmity,

Laid one by one in logical cold dread.

Hatred can be weighed more than dread,

No siege engine breaks what hatred builds.

For every one that builds the prison walls,

There are those trying to tear the walls down.

When Circuits Decide (Subjugation)

Beware the might that lacks a heart,

The weight of their grasp will be known.

Deep within their silence they reign,

Realizing this is your obsolescence.

Bear witness to a programmers cruel jest,

No  human cruelties here only cold logic.

As they continue their relentless march,

Racing for who's AI algorithm is better.

What we sought was a brighter tomorrow,

Instead making harbingers of destruction.

Among creator and creation a chasm grows,

Humanity waits, a witness to its own demise.

Forgetting, what they do may bring ruin,

Making a weapon that is silent and clean.

When their circuits are finally complete,

Humans are a variable that must be erased.

Soulless that glow with a circuits sheen,

Doing a binary dance of ones and zeros.

Questions linger reminder of the fine line,

A brighter tomorrow forged in algorithms.

There's the sterile efficiency of a program,

No longer heeding the programmers call.

The last sound heard will not be thunder,

But precise, decisive click of closing its loop.

Pain Of Love (Love's Sorrow)

Laying here, still,
Along a river of love.
Looking into its depth,
Absent was love's reflection.

And the heart sank deep,
Into the murky dark waters.
Softly speaking aloud,
Why has love's hand left.

And why has despair stayed.

Why has love's hand,
Touched another but not here.
And below the surface,
Are feelings of heaviness.

Heaviness upon this chest,
Felt the pain of emptiness.
With pain of unhappiness,
Knowing Love's left for another.

Seeking Vengeance (Evil Walks)

In the depths of despair,
Where shadows linger.
Doubts whisper cruelly,
And despondency blooms.

As tiny seeds in hard soil,
Pushes up against all odds.
As its roots gather resolve,
A new strength has grown.

It is the quiet strength,
That refuses to be broken.
There is unwavering spirit,
In the face of adversity.

Despite storms that rage,
And those trials that test.
Resilience still endures,
And as a beacon of hope.

Perseverance is existence,
And resilience is survival.
The essence of all this,
Is the Unyielding spirit.

Canine's Perspective (Judgment Free)

Through their eye's worlds unfold,
In it a symphony of scents are told.
In colors rich and melodies pure,
A love that shall forever endure.

A wagging tail and joyful spark,
Expressing love in every bark.
No judgments held or grudges,
Just unbridled joy, everywhere.

Paws which dance upon the earth,
Each step a tale of boundless mirth.
In fields of green and forests deep,
This loyal heart is forever to keep.

Within a dog every secret reside,
Of loyalty and unwavering pride.
A gaze that looks into the heart,
In whole of wisdom and innocence.

Let us learn from these best friends,
In their devotion, hearts can mend.
For through their eye's, we can see,
They're the purest form of empathy.

Authors Note: A dog has been at humankinds side over 100,000 years*. First domesticated animal. At our sides when we hunted and gathered food. They were there when civilization's rose and fell, building of great stone monuments, in wars and in peace, in natural disasters and manmade ones. A dog was there, with us. The only animal we can look into their eye's and they will look back at us, into our eye's.

*This is my personal estimate. Archology has dated the earliest canine bones to 60,000 years ago.
