Come and Went



Another September 11th or 9-11 has come and gone. Was what happened on that day a conspiracy. Planned and executed by elements of the U.S. Government. Or planned and carried out by Islamic extremists. Bent on taking down the U.S. and changing our way of life.
Before the bombing in the garage of the World Trade Center North. On February 26,1993. It was considered by many that attacking the U.S.. Would be  an exercise in futility. Why. For the simple reason of support and sympathy from U.S. citizens. And attacking the U.S. would only lead to lessening that sympathy and support.
Our way of life has been compromised and changed forever. Not only by events on 9-11. But by passage of The U.S.A. Patriot Act*. 
Now since that fateful day on September 11th. We are left with the knowledge. That we in the United States of America. Must not let our guard down for a second.
As to the conspiracy theorist. They
 do have an important fact on their said. Non were there to collaborate the governments findings.
As a U.S. citizen and someone who believes in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The rights of others "shall not be infringed". No matter if they are male, female, transgendered, religious, political and sexual preferences, etc. (Within the limits of current law). Must always be upheld.
After all our Rights are not a privilege. They are our birth right, our rights and our legacy. 

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness". (From the United States Declaration of Independence. Second paragraph first sentence).

*Only one U.S. Senator voted against The U.S.A. Patriot Act. The Senators name. Russ Feingold of Wisconsin, Democrat.


An email I recently wrote and sent to the Senator.

Dear Senator Feingold,
My belated thank you on your nay vote in the U.S. Senate on The U.S.A. Patriot Act. On the October 24, 2001 vote for S.1510. And also on the renewal March 2, 2006.
Only a person(s) of integrity would stand up to such an injustice to our civil liberties and rights.
Thank you Senator.
