What To Do and How To Act If You Are Pulled Over By Any Federal, State or Local Police

This pertains to driving in a motor vehicle. That’s any thing with wheels powered with a power plant of any kind. That you are driving.

I’ll make it simple.         

What you are driving: A car with automatic transmission

Going where: The store

Who pulls you over: Local police in a black and white police cruiser

You’re driving to the store. In the rear view mirror you see ominous blue and red lights on top of a black and white police cruiser.

You are being pulled over.

First pull over immediately.

Come to a full and complete stop.

Put the car in park and turn the engine off.

DO NOT reach for the emergency brake.

If on a hill keep your foot on the brake pedal.

WAIT until you ask the officer the emergency brake needs to be applied.

Give location of emergency brake.

AND wait until the officer acknowledges you and says it’s okay.

Now this next step is super important.

PUT BOTH HANDS ON UPPER STEERING WHEEL.

AND KEEP THEM THERE.

You want your hands in plain sight.

DO NOT get out of the vehicle.

DO NOT  fumble about for drivers license etc.

If your window is closed keep it closed. If open that’s okay keep it open.

Look at the officer that comes to the window.

If window is rolled up office will signal to roll it down.

DO NOT take your hands off the steering wheel.

Inform officer location of button/handle to do so.

When given the go ahead slowly reach and roll the window down.

MAKE NO SUDDEN MOVES.

This next step is very important.

After window is down,

PUT HAND BACK ON UPPER STEERING WHEEL.

Officer may ask if you know why you’re being pulled over.

Whether you know the answer or not answer no.

REMEMBER: Give only information when asked. AND only when questioned.

DO NOT volunteer information or get personal.

Don’t try to make small talk.

In other words. Keep your mouth shut.

BUT ALWAYS be polite and courteous.

If asked for license, registration and insurance.

BEFORE taking hands off steering wheel to retrieve documentation.

Inform the officer the location of documents.

Example: “My license is in my wallet in my purse”.

If in a pocket give the location of the pocket.

Example. “My back pocket”.

“My registration and insurance are in the glove box with the owners manual”.

When the officer acknowledges you.

You ask if you can retrieve them.

Doing so one at a time.

After you have given the documents asked for.

The next step is extremely important.

Place BOTH YOUR HANDS BACK ON THE UPPER STEERING WHEEL.

The officer most likely walk back to the cruiser.

If your phone rings, you feel like checking something online or do jumping jacks.

DO NOT!

Let the phone ring. That’s why there’s voicemail.

You don’t need to be calling out to say.

“Hey just got pulled over”.

Or for any other reason.

Just sit there in your seat and be bored.

Be patient. The officer will be back.

ALWAYS REMEMBER: Police ALWAYS shoot first and ask questions later.

It ain’t gonna be you that will be asked questions.

The above is only a suggestion because you can act and say how you want.
This won't stop police from arresting you either.
REMEMBER: The police can make arrests for no reason at all and then will think of something.
ALSO: Police ARE NOT REQUIRED to tell inform a person why they are being arrested.

A Major Influential Candidate Gives a Speech

A Country Consumed
The streets of our country are in turmoil.
All three branches of Government have their own agenda.
Laws great overturned. Congress does nothing.
One party refuses to stand up for itself.
The other passes legislation according to party line.

Our poor just stay poor.

While the middle class the backbone of our economy will soon become upper poor.
As unemployment steadily rises.
The standard of living along with wages edges slowly downward.
All the while the rich keep getting richer.
The Government saddles our University students with lifelong debt.

It’s no wonder students are rebelling and protesting.
Then there is law enforcement.

Using and abusing the Civil Forfeiture Law. And have shoot first policies.
Don’t even try defending oneself verbally to a police officer.
Or you may find what accommodations are in the local jail.
More and more citizens are miss trusting the police.

With all this we are at the front at trying to stop fundamental religious extremist home and aboard.
Terrorist who are resentful and jealous of our way of life.
Threaten us not only with their sectarian doctrinal dogma untruths.
But with suicide bombers, car bombs and with whatever means they can use.

They want to destroy our dream.
Our way of living by killing whenever possible.

They have no perception for the sanctity of life.
Let alone law and order or reason. It’s their way or you die.

We are now at a precipice in our countries history.
Strong leadership and the biggest military on this planet will not suffice.
This country needs an epiphany!
To wake up and smell reality!

Requiem For A World

There isn’t a song for this planet,

Living breathing world of granite.

Look to its future can’t you see,

Poisoning dying slow by degree.

This passion to heal without a desire,

Bringing only muck, ruin and mire.

The worlds night light with oil fires,

Not to fear say the corporate liars.

Air smelling more foul not pleasant,

Earths people just pray to their God.

We opted for flight instead of fight,
